We offer retailers the expertise needed to add or improve current terminal gaming operations, such as COAM, VLT, and VGT. We help our partners successfully manage risk while adding a highly profitable revenue stream and leveraging underutilized space.

Position Summary

INAMAX is looking for a part-time Customer Service Representative that will perform a variety of operational and clerical tasks. Duties consist of interacting with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.

Work hours are Monday - Friday, from 5 pm - 9 pm. Remote position but candidate must be local to train onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and enters data for service tickets
• Refer issues and questions to managers if necessary
• Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
• Field customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representatives knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff
• Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns
• Interact with customers via telephone to provide support regarding service issues
• Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers’ complaints
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Familiar with the software used to connect with customers and gather their information
• Knowledge of applicable products and markets
• Strong verbal communicator
• Personable and attentive

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
