Job Description
Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, the Midwest's leading manufacturer of specialty coffee, is looking for a Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team in St. Louis, MO. The CSR will provide outstanding service by developing and strengthening long-term relationships with both internal and external customers. The hours are flexible and the individual will work approximately 20-25 hours per week.


Responsibilities


  • Maintain high level of product knowledge and product application
  • Proactively reach out to customers via email and outbound calls for orders by route by day
  • Update customer profiles to maintain current information
  • Receive customer orders and process them in the automated order processing system
  • Investigate and trouble-shoot customer service issues by involving the appropriate internal customers
  • Demonstrate a positive, collaborative approach to meet customers' needs
  • Answer customer calls or email inquiries about products or services
  • Establish on-going rapport with existing customers
  • Serve as liaison between customers, supply chain, and sales, thereby providing professional account management


Requirements


  • 2+ years' experience in a customer service /inside sales environment
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work individually and as part of the team
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Strong analytical, time management, and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills: telephone, email, writing, and listening
  • Strong PC, word processing and spreadsheet skills
