Teller and Customer Service Positions Cape Ann Savings Bank is seeking team-oriented, positive, and outgoing professionals for Teller and Customer Service positions. Each role provides a unique opportunity, each day, to perform Teller and/or Customer Service duties depending on customer needs. An expectation of the Teller and Customer Service Rep is to build relationships with our customers by recognizing their banking needs and referring them to experts on our team with each interaction when appropriate. Ideal candidates for both positions will possess retail experience, cash handling, a strong commitment to superior customer service, and close attention to detail.The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and an aptitude for mastering new technology is helpful. Knowledgeable at using, advising on, and engaging customers in digital and other self-service technology.
