Job Description
Description:

This position is responsible for providing exceptional quality customer service to internal and external bank customers as well as offering appropriate products and services via telephone and chats. Researches and resolves customer requests and answers customer inquiries concerning account maintenance, balance transfers, ATM and check card transactions, stop payments, monthly statement requests, etc. Promotes products and services of other bank departments through the use of referrals.
