TOYOTA PRODUCT SPECIALIST / SALES
(Entry level sales position/performance based)
$800/week Guaranteed . Earning potential $80,000/year.

With the fundamental goal of providing excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE , starting the sales process and building rapport with our customers, you will:

• Fact finding and information gathering
• Achieve daily, weekly and/or monthly sales metrics
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features to customer, to include test driving
• Help customers find a vehicle based on wants and needs
• Meet and greet customers

Qualified applicants will be team players who display a controlled confidence and professionalism to both internal and external customers. Excellent phone/CUSTOMER SERVICE skills are imperative.

• Customer focused
• 2 to 3 years customer service and/or sales experience in a high volume industry
• Self-motivated
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Energetic

Toyota of North Charlotte currently seeks several self-directed and goal–oriented individuals to join our Sales and Customer Service team. We’re looking for candidates who have sales, customer service, customer relations and/or telemarketing experience! The Product Sales Specialist will build relationships with customers while discovering their needs and concerns. They also demonstrate ability to work collaboratively in a team focused environment to ensure the ongoing growth of the business.
