Zumbrota Ford is looking for YOU! As a Customer Service and Parts Inventory Control team member this is the ideal position for a knowledgeable and energetic person who has a passion for automotive parts and believes in taking care of the customer and the power of teamwork.

Job Functions

• Immediately greet all internal and external customers as they approach your department.
• Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure the accuracy of stock.
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and submit an emergency order, if necessary.
• Receive payment from retail customers or obtains credit authorization.
• Assist with inventory and processing incoming merchandise.
• Generate estimates for our customers and internal staff.
• Oversee the parts sale process from start to finish.
• Answer phone calls; provide price quotes and other information to customers.
• Match alpha-numerical sequences when delivering parts to customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional both in demeanor and appearance
• High School Diploma
• Interested candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record
• Must be able to lift 50lbs or more
• Must be able to stand for 3-4 hours at a time

• Ability to take verbal and/or written direction and work independently with limited supervision
