Job Description

Cascade FinTech is looking for EXPERIENCED Part-Time and Full-Time Happy people to join our growing team at Cascade Financial Technology Corp, where our goal is to provide world-class customer service to our prepaid cardholders. So, if you are a happy, pleasant, helpful, and overall positive person, this may be the job for you!

Office Hours 24/7/365 including weekends - In-Office Position (not remote).

(Training is during morning business hours)

Experienced - Ability and comfortable working independently for shifts at the office.

This is a small, rapidly growing office/ small call center environment, with no face-to-face with customers. No sales. As we are a young company, there is a lot of opportunity for growth. www.CascadeFinTech.com

We assist account holders via Phone Calls, Chat Messaging, and Emails with requests such as a profile change, transaction dispute, login trouble, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and written.
  • Experience in an office setting, customer interaction, call center or office customer service setting is preferred. 2+ years experience.
  • Commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Have a pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
  • Fast typing skills a plus. Minimum 35wpm
  • Have a "thick skin" and be willing and able to handle complaints and unpleasant customers.
  • You must be able to pass a background check.
  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • Fluent English both spoken and written.
