Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Attend promotional sales meetings and communicate new ideas and feedback regularly
  • Meet with potential new leads as well as existing customers
  • Continued education in promotional sales techniques and client campaign development, promotional knowledge
  • Mentorship of the existing team and potential new team members
  • For local campaigns ensure to prove compliant for our clients and research the territory assigned
  • Promote multiple promotional sales campaigns and manage existing accounts
  • Learn existing promotional sales systems for assigned clients through leveled training and development with an assigned promotional sales manager
  • Identify promotional sales opportunities in order to maintain a solidified sales plan and execute with the appropriate guidance alongside periodic evaluations
  • Relationship building and representation of client brands in a professional manner


Qualifications:


  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Previous experience in market research or other related fields
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative data collection
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
