Job Description
The Customer Enrollment Representative champions initiatives for our non-profit partners through impactful promotional strategies and events. The ultimate goal of our events is to increase brand awareness and revenue generation for our non-profit partners.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform all other related duties as assigned by operational management
  • Attend training opportunities to accelerate growth opportunities
  • Greet and assist community members in the division/program
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate information regarding our non-profit partners
  • Assist in the completion and processing of reports for our non-profit partners
  • Understand our clients goals, monitor progress towards meeting these goals, and communicate this progress to program leadership on a regular basis
  • Ensure participant files contain all necessary and up-to-date participation documentation
  • Take messages and route calls as needed in a courteous and pleasant manner
  • Provide general assistance to associates at events
  • Execute program activities and brand development initiatives with the goal of increasing donor enrollment
  • Assist in day to day operations of the division/program as needed
  • Create, distribute, and collect records of program participants

  • Commitment to good attendance and punctuality
  • Comfort taking the initiative to learn the data needs of the program, determine and generate corresponding data reports, and share findings on an on-going basis
  • Experience working with not-for-profit agency/organization
  • Commitment to the agency’s mission
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Courteous and pleasant manners
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Good judgment and commitment to ensuring the confidentiality of participants' records
