Position: Customer Care Agent ( (Banking/ Treasury ))

Location: Work from home

Must Have :

Customer Care Representative experience in Banking/ Treasury/ Financial Domain

Payments (product and operations), check, wire, ACH, etc.)

Treasury and/or Wealth Management

Profile Summary

• Answer all basic and routine customer contacts as well as more complex customer problems and/or complaints
• Utilize computer applications to provide professional service
• Handle customer service inquiries and problems associated with the servicing of company’s client base

Education:

High school degree minimum.

Prefer college degree and above or equivalent work experience.
