Due to a recent internal promotion (exciting, right?!), the position of Customer Experience Specialist is currently available for someone who is customer facing and detail-oriented. The position is responsible for providing proactive customer service by taking incoming phone calls and assisting walk-in visitors. Our Customer Experience Specialists are responsible for thoroughly following detailed instructions and protocols to build out jobs in the system.
