Our Supervisor, is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of custodial staff, ensuring that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with contracted specifications and quality standards. Location: Greater Seattle Area
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday
Wage: $25.00 - $25.00 per hour
Additional Compensation: $4.23 Per Hour Health and Welfare

Essential Duties:
- Ensuring that all cleaning and maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with contracted specifications and quality standards
- Conducting monthly safety inspections of all NWC supplies and equipment
- Regularly collecting quality data and record keeping, such as daily logs, employee time sheets and work reports
- Investigating and reporting any accidents, incidents, or damage to property
- Maintaining knowledge and skills pertaining to the time study and contractual processes as required
- Overseeing the daily operations of custodial staff within a designated geographical area of contract sites
- Monitoring and maintaining supply inventory control of designated geographical area
- Developing and implementing new policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the custodial team by performing time studies and staff evaluations
Requirements:
- Commitment to Northwest Center’s mission of inclusion and ability to work successfully in a diverse environment
- Professional appearance and attitude, with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in custodial services, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with people of all ethnicities, disabilities, and communication barriers
