Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Communicate directly with online customers via supplied mobile device, ensuring Fresh Thyme customer-centric goals are met
  • Offer like item replacements for items not in stock
  • Accurately record weighted items and prices, which may include entering information into mobile device and/or ringing items through registers
  • Fulfill E-Commerce orders for online customers
  • Replenish supplies as needed
  • Properly bag, package, care for, label and store product in temperature controlled areas
  • Locate product throughout store to fulfil orders which come in from online shopping channels
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Work with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to adapt to the ever changing high volume retail while working in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Must have the capacity to take initiative when problems arise.
  • Flexibility to adapt in a variety of situations.
  • Must have advanced attention to detail with the capability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for dealing cross functionally with peers and senior management.
  • Comfort with IOS operating system
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
  • Must maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
  • Product knowledge and cashiering experience a plus
