We specialize in providing exceptional cruise experiences to our clients. We are committed to offering personalized cruise packages that cater to various preferences and ensure unforgettable voyages to some of the world's most sought-after destinations.

Responsibilities:

• Itinerary Planning: Crafting customized cruise itineraries that encompass destination highlights, shore excursions, and onboard activities.
• Client Communication: Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding clients through the cruise booking process.
• Sales and Upselling: Promoting additional cruise-related services, such as pre- and post-cruise accommodations, trip insurance, and onboard experiences.
• Booking and Reservations: Coordinating and securing cruise bookings, cabins, and additional amenities such as dining preferences and special packages.
• Vendor Relations: Building and maintaining relationships with cruise lines, suppliers, and partners to ensure clients receive premium services and benefits.
• Cruise Line Knowledge: Staying updated on various cruise lines, ships, and offerings to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
• Cruise Consultation: Collaborating with clients to understand their cruise preferences, interests, and budget, and recommending cruise options that align with their desires.
• Problem Solving: Assisting clients with any issues that may arise before, during, or after the cruise, and liaising with cruise lines to ensure resolutions.

Our company is located in California but we are looking for agents that live in the U.S. Due to seller of travel requirements, you cannot live in California.
