The Production Coordinator, Creative Content who is part of the Global Creative Marketing team at Crocs, is responsible for supporting the Senior Producer, Creative Content in the execution of seasonal photo and video asset in-house production. This role will assist in the pre-production planning, sample coordination, post-production workflows and delivery of final assets in the digital asset management system. This role requires strong organizational and project management skills, a positive attitude, thrives in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn a variety of functions depending on production needs of project. This position will collaborate and partner with internal cross-functional teams and external vendors and must possess strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach. This role is located in our Broomfield CO headquarters.


What You'll Do


  • Assist with processes, workflows, task assignments, schedules, timelines and approval milestones
  • Assist in the management of assets on the digital asset management platform
  • Assist with quality control and organization of image databases, file names and files specs for photo/video produced by the in-house creative team
  • Organize and maintain production sample inventory
  • Upload and assign metadata to final retouched photography and video assets
  • Assist in the retouching process through versioning control and upload of final retouched assets to the digital asset management tool
  • Create production related documents, call sheets, timecards, schedules
  • Assist in creative content production and approval workflows
  • Assist Senior Producer, Creative Content with seasonal photo and video production
  • Ensure project schedules, budgets and calendars are prioritized and up to date
  • Track orders and audit for receipt of samples
  • Coordinate creative content internal reviews and approvals
  • Responsible for archiving and communicating expired assets to regional partners
  • Manage sample coordination, inventory, ordering and shipping
  • Coordinate sample reviews with product line managers to ensure sample accuracy
  • Coordinate travel, catering, billing, etc. for internal photo team and external vendors
  • Coordinate placing sample orders and the transport of product/goods to shoot locations
  • Onsite assistant on production shoots


What You Bring To The Table


  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and adjusts quickly to changing priorities and conditions
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of relevant experience
  • Experience using a Digital Asset Management system
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • 1-2 years of in-house or agency production experience of photo and video assets strongly preferred
