During a typical day, you will...


  • Work with international team to develop new processes
  • Create and implement technical solutions for the US CRM team
  • Provide technical support for the CRM marketing team including troubleshooting, technical support, and other daily administration tasks.
  • Create, maintain and execute email and SMS campaigns, journeys, automations and processes


You have…


  • Experience setting up Email and SMS journeys/drip campaigns
  • Minimum one year of experience with a complex CRM platform (SFMC/ExactTarget/Braze/etc.)
  • Ability to quickly identify more efficient workflows and processes
  • Experience Coding HTML Emails
  • Ability to break down complex technical issues into easy to understand language
  • Strong understanding of SQL
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to find and fix technical bugs and issues


You may have…


  • Experience working with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with SFDC and Marketing Cloud Connector
  • Experience with SSJS and/or Ampscript
  • Experience with Journey Builder, including decision splits and engagement splits, all entry events, especially Salesforce Data Entry Events and API triggers
  • A desire to help people improve their hearing situation and improve their life.
