This position is eligible for a $6000 retention bonus ($2500 paid after 6 months of service with the remainder paid after 12 months of service).

Practitioner


$44,669.91 - $62,537.87


Clinical Trainee


$49,136.90 - $68,791.66


Fully Licensed


$54,050.59 - $81,075.89

Position Summary


This position is responsible for answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response, providing diagnostic and crisis assessment, crisis intervention and additional therapeutic services as indicated, as a member of a mobile crisis response team. Services are provided in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based and telehealth, Monday - Friday, typical hours are between the hours of 8am to 5 or 7 pm. For part-time positions hours and benefits are pro-rated.


Licensure Supervision is provided.


Qualifications


Licensed Mental Health Professional


  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must be currently LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure


Clinical Trainee


  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or Clinical Counseling and must have/be currently pursuing LICSW, LMFT, LP or LPCC licensure


Practitioner


  • Is serving a federally recognized tribe and if the practitioner meets the definition of vendor of medical care.
  • Practitioner completed bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or related fields and has at least 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to adults or children with mental illness, substance use disorder, or emotional disturbance; or


Preferred


  • Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
  • Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services
  • Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
