Basic Requirements: Strong communication skills Self-motivated, service-oriented, and friendly Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Work well with a team of crew members Capability to learn skills quickly Possess cleanliness and organizational skills Food service experience is a plus (although not required) Thrive in the Jersey Mike?s process Compensation We recognize the importance of compensation and are happy to discuss further.
