We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the position of Full-Time Crew Member for our fully electric lawn care team.
Responsibilities:
Perform lawn maintenance tasks using our fleet of fully electric equipment, including electric mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Operate and maintain electric equipment, ensuring they are clean, charged, and in good working condition.
Efficiently and safely mow lawns, trim edges, and remove debris using electric tools.
Collaborate with the crew leader and other team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
Follow all safety protocols and adhere to environmentally friendly practices while performing job duties.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including equipment storage areas and vehicles.
Continuously learn and improve skills related to electric lawn care techniques and equipment operation.
Requirements:
Experience in lawn care maintenance is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Familiarity with electric lawn care equipment or a strong willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy equipment when necessary.
