As an Orange Leaf crew member, you will create the Orange Leaf Experience for our customers by providing legendary customer service with prompt service, quality products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. You will be responsible for following the Orange Leaf guiding principles and best of all, you’ll be part of a company that is consistently rated as a great place to work and the people here love what they do.
Summary Of Key Responsibilities
There are 3 main positions that everyone will be crossed trained to know. In every case Customer Service is #1!!!

• Greet customers as soon as they walk in: “ Hello, Welcome to Orange Leaf”
• Ask if they have ever been to an Orange Leaf; If not explain the concept and cup sizes

Give suggestions on what to get, Offer the customers samples (you dispense)

• Always have a smile on your face and a great attitude
• Get to know regular customers – it means a lot when you know their name
• Every customer is treated like family (that you like!)

When on a shift you are responsible to make sure the store is well stocked, clean and ready for customers; no matter which position you are doing. Therefore you will need to help each other out; TEAM WORK!
1. Cashier/Topping Bar - The Cashier/Topping Bar position is the worker behind the counter who rings up customers. They are expected to keep the topping area clean, keep the toppings full, and keep an eye on the cash register (responsible for their own draw), make waffles, and handle customer questions.
2. Kitchen Worker - The Kitchen worker spends most of the time in the kitchen but is also expected to take care of the customers and help out front as needed throughout their shift. The Kitchen Worker prepares toppings, makes yogurt, replenishes yogurt, and stirs machines.
3. Floor Runner - The Floor Runner is expected to control the front area; ensure all tables and chairs are clean and neatly placed, take out trash, clean yogurt drip trays, replenishes cups and waffles as needed, and gives yogurt samples to customers. The Floor Runner is also expected to greet the customers when they enter the store. We encourage you to converse with the customers while they are inside the store, about the store. They also will clean the bathrooms every hour on the hour.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Must poses a valid driver’s license & personal vehicle
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Effective oral communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly
• Ability to direct the work of others
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the retail or restaurant environment
• Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs
