Our Opportunity

Credit and Collections Manager - $85K to $105K Starting Salary

Western Suburbs

The Credit and Collections Manager will oversee all aspects credit and collections for multiple business units located throughout the United States.

Key duties include:

• Report to management on DSO and status of outstanding accounts
• Create collections plans for customers
• Determines credit limits for customers
• Work cross functionally with the sales teams on collections
• Work with customers on accelerating payments
• Works proactively with the Controller to proactively communicate any possible risk issues and bad debt candidates
• Create relationships with customers
• Maintains customer records and account information in the system

Ideal candidate should have:

• BA/BA Degree
• 5+ years of credit& collections experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with ERPsystems
• Prior experience in the engineering,construction or related industry a plus
• Proven track record of improving collections within an organization
• NACM certification a plus
