Role Overview


We are looking for:


  • The Credit Analyst is the subject matter expert on customer credit, by mediating between business objectives, risk of default and Group Credit Policy.
  • A Team Leader -Credit Analyst AMERICAS, the Credit Analyst is responsible to manage credit risk and define customer scoring and credit strategy.
  • She/he works closely with Business, Credit teams and customers.


We count on you for:


  • Contribute actively to continuous improvement, automation and service/process enhancements.
  • Secure credit risk with adequate payment methods and guarantees.
  • Support complex collection cases.
  • Control payment terms application.
  • Evaluate and secure customer credit risk, establish financial analysis of risky customers and determine credit limits.
  • Determine provisions and losses according to the rules.
  • Work with the legal department on litigation matters and actions to be taken for material dispute.
  • Manage sales orders blocked, review blocked sales orders and determine the next course of action.


You will bring:


  • Credit risk analysis experience
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Continuous Improvement skills
  • Customer-orientated with good level of problem solving skills
  • Possess at least 2 years of experience in credit management and/or finance
  • Ability to interact with all levels in the organization
  • SAP experience
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields
  • Credit risk analysis skills
  • Autonomous, well organized, persistent


You will get:


  • Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range.
  • 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations
  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $64,627 to $80,784 per year.

Language skills


  • Good level of spoken and written skills in English
  • Ability to speak Portuguese would be preferred
  • Ability to speak Spanish would be a plus
