Job Title: Creative Program Manager

Salary/Pay Rate: $40 - $42/hour DOE

Firm, non-negotiable: Yes

Hours: Full-time

Duration: 3 months with potential to extend

As a Creative Program Manager II, you will manage the strategic development and the daily tactical execution of a variety of creative programs for our client. You will report to the Senior Campaign Manager and work with Marketing, Merchants, and Creative leads on medium and large-scale creative projects, across a variety of channels and platforms.


Your Impact:

  • Training and education on Creative systems
  • Review, resource, and prioritize daily creative intake requests, set expectations with design and cross-channel stakeholders to communicate status and prioritization
  • Define, measure, and analyze the metrics that inform the success of our programs and initiatives; track progress, understand requirements, and communicate status to project partners
  • Manage the execution of onsite campaigns, design toolkits, and playbooks for large and complex initiatives
  • Manage multiple active and upcoming onsite digital campaigns, creative, and design projects by independently defining scope, timelines, milestones, resource needs, budgets, and deliverables
  • Continually work to optimize process and workflow along with testing new workflows and tools to improve the team’s processes and infrastructure


What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 4 years of creative program manager, or account lead in a creative agency or similar experience, preferably within e-commerce
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience managing or working within cross-functional and creative teams
  • Experience using analytics to make decisions, ability to prioritize and plan multi-stakeholder initiatives


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40 - $42/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
