We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. As the Creative Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our brand through captivating graphics, videos, and photography. You'll be responsible for producing visually engaging content that aligns with our brand standards and effectively communicates our messaging across various advertising channels. Responsibilities


  • Operates safely in all conditions.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of design elements with print production processes, coordinating with external vendors to guarantee the accurate execution of direct mail materials.
  • Develop content tailored to each social media channel to effectively communicate brand messages and drive audience interaction.
  • Capture compelling images throughout various stages of home improvement projects, showcasing our work from start to finish.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously innovate and bring fresh ideas to our creative projects.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Create and produce high-quality photography, videography, and graphics for diverse marketing channels.
  • Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and analyze audience engagement data to refine content strategies, optimize posting schedules, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Leverage graphic design skills to develop email templates that resonate with the brand's aesthetic and effectively convey promotional messages, newsletters, and announcements.
  • Follows company policies and procedures.
  • Interpret and work effectively with creative briefs.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and design tools including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create visually appealing and impactful content.


Qualifications


  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices, with an ability to translate them into effective designs.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) required.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing software.
  • Proven experience in creating and producing high-quality visual content for a variety of marketing channels.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • 1+ year of experience with Adobe Creative Suite required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
