Creative And Multimedia Associate – Communications Team, Pizza Hut Global

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

In this role, you will help maximize the impact of communications initiatives with multimedia storytelling capabilities. You will be charged with strategy development, campaign design, execution, measurement, and optimization of all internal communications initiatives to inform, engage and inspire our employees and advance the Pizza Hut Global strategy. You will play a key role in our strategic efforts to pioneer new and innovative ways to drive our culture and bolster people capability. Your audience will primarily be internal employees, though in some cases there may be limited external-facing needs.

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in developing and managing large-scale communications campaigns from the idea phase to the final product. Expertise in digital graphic design with a strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite to visualize and produce content is essential. A high degree of comfort in PowerPoint is expected as producing or polishing presentations in the application may be necessary. Experience in video and multimedia production with skills in video editing tools (e.g., Final Cut Pro, etc.) is critical as well. Additional responsibilities may include running the technical aspects of large-scale hybrid meetings (with both in-person and remote audiences) as well as project managing vendors, if needed.

Internal Communications Support (80%)

• Partner with key communications contacts to help build communications and engagement capability across global markets  
• Plan and execute strategic communications projects to support the brand and leadership agenda
• Serve as a design consultant and resource to Strategy and Leadership Teams on key business meetings including Annual Operating Planning, Strategic Business Reviews, Conventions, etc.
• Partner with team distribute know-how and messaging around the world
• Partner with the Senior Director of Communications to support strategic initiatives
• Identify, hire and manage outside vendors to collaborate on big projects, as needed
• Partner closely with marketing team to stay closely aligned to Pizza Hut brand standards, brand positioning and global aesthetic 

Webcast and Technology Management (20%)

• Help to identify new, impactful and cost-effective approach (including identification of better technology platforms) for future communications platforms and webcasts
• Serve as project manager for broadcast-style, multiple camera webcasts for key stakeholders, setting a clear calendar, collecting content, coordinating rehearsals as needed, managing pre- and post-production, and serving as on-set producer during broadcasts
• Work with internal clients to identify cascade needs and see projects through start to finish
• Partner closely with technology experts in Yum! as well as outside vendors to ensure smooth and successful broadcasts

IS THIS YOU?

• Have a strong understanding of the latest web design technology tools and trends
• Working knowledge of CSS/HTML
• Exceptional capacity for organization, project planning, working to meet specific timelines and deliverables and regularly communicate progress against goals
• Proven project management experience
• Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver)
• 5-7 years working experience in communications and/or design. Agency experience, preferred.
• Great attention to detail
