Job Description
Team Carney, along with its partners has been awarded a contract to support the Officer Development Training Program(ODTP) within the Defense Intelligence Agency’s (DIA) Academy for Defense Intelligence (ADI). We are seeking course managers/administrators to support the program. The position is based in Washington, DC.


This is an on-site position.


Responsibilities


Provide administrative and business operations support in the following areas:
  • Comparing trends in climate surveys, course offerings, and course content.
  • Shipping supplies to offsite locations and maintaining an accurate inventory of all supplies.
  • Analyzing course throughput and forecasting future class offerings based on anticipate throughput.
  • Registering students for courses.
  • Arranging/coordinating event planning with vendors.
  • Preparing course printed materials.
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of course content based on levels 1, 2, and 3 survey data.
  • Displaying data in a way that allows decision-makers to see which groups of learners are most likely to cancel or not show up for class.
  • In-person and virtual course support through duties such as virtual and face-to-face course delivery, overseeing course execution, and course administration.
  • Emailing participants and coordinating speakers for sessions.
  • Uploading documents to SharePoint sites and submitting technical issues to the DIA IT technical team.
  • Distributing and collecting end-of-course surveys, distributing, and organizing course materials, student management and communication.
  • Coordinating with vendors to acquire more supplies/assessments as required.
  • Assisting with distributing security clearance badging.
  • Assessment scheduling/debriefing to ensure seamless execution of training courses.
  • Ability to perform data analytics using Tableau to allow leadership to make data-driven decisions. This includes:


Minimum Requirements


  • Three (3) years of experience performing course management or course administration and planning.
  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • Knowledge of several types of software, databases, and technology for various work-related needs, such as Tableau, SharePoint, and Microsoft suite.
