Courier Jobs

The Courier is responsible for the transport of specimens, records, supplies, and other packages from one location to another, on the behalf of the organization. The Courier will collect items, load items, unload items, and deliver them to final destinations ensuring all are accompanied by proper documentation and are transported timely and accurately.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Maintain transport records and, records of items being delivered
• Performing duties assigned by the Chief Operating Officer
• Handling confidential information and/or high value documents/items; including cash
• Picking up and delivering materials to various locations
• Organizing materials to be delivered each day
• Performs other related duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 6 months previous experience in a courier role preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must possess a valid driver’s license

Position Type:

• Full time
• General hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 – 5:00
• Travel is required
• Non-Exempt

Physical Requirements:

• This position requires operation of a vehicle, walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, and other repetitive motions. Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds occasionally.
