Counter / To Go Specialist Job Details :
The Counter/To Go Specialist takes pride in providing exceptional service to our guests. This exceptional guest service is performed while managing to complete all duties of this position and demonstrating strong teamwork.
Demonstrates excellent communication skills with guests as well as with all team members and management. Must be able to communicate well over the phone, providing our guests with clear suggestions and finalizing all calls with accuracy in order taking.
Requirements/Qualifications:

• Work well in a team environment
• Ability to stand, bend reach and walk for long periods of time
• Reliable and flexible with work schedule, work days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Able to correctly count money and other payment transactions
• Perform opening and closing set procedures
• Prepare food items for guest
• Maintain a customer service mentality at all times
• Provide guest with assistance in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain stock and inventory control
• Able to take direction, multi-tasking, organizational skills
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Dependable, reliable means of transportation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all working areas
• Professional appearance, positive attitude

Education/Experience:

• Knowledge of food preparation and food equipment
• Food Handlers Card is preferred but will be required to receive one after employed
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
