Primary Responsibilities

• Skilled in data accumulation and analysis with specific emphasis on budget control, trending and forecasting
• Assist Project Management with all details for cost budgets, commitments, actuals, estimates to complete, estimates at completion, trending and forecasting
• Manage Change Orders in reference to all Cost and Schedule impacts
• Assist Project Management in all areas of cost control and change management
• Continually interface with finance, accounting, procurement, subcontractors, material control, project management, and construction management as needed to provide timely and accurate cost reports and trends.
• Work closely with all company, contractor, and client staff to fully understand project status and provide complete lifecycle cost control, reporting and forecasting
• Assist Project Management with all Project Close Out activities
• Assist Project Management with all cost, forecast and change management reporting

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety
• Computer based Cost Management experience (utilizing EcoSys or equivalent preferred)
• User of SAP, Oracle, Excel & Word
• Experience in heavy industrial / capital construction / Oil and Gas projects
• Ability to apply standard cost control techniques to produce timely and accurate cost management and forecasts
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with others (verbally, written and meetings)
