Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Support Purchase Orders (POs) / Invoice Processing, including PO initiation, invoice data validation and tracking
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, including Tech teams, Business Managers, Sourcing, SOS (Supplier Oversight Services), Global Technology, and Vendor Management teams within other Lines of Business (Consumer & Community Bank, Wealth Management, etc.)
  • Support vendor resource on-boarding process
  • Ensuring that CIB (Corporate & Investment Bank) Tech achieves the most optimal commercial and quality delivery from our vendors (Labor and Software/Hardware)
  • Managing and executing vendor related processes, including contracting, approvals, on-boarding, invoicing, and related reporting
  • Support contract process, including documentation and approval follow-ups, etc.
  • Maintaining a strong control posture relative to vendor exposure and risk (both contractual and operational)
  • Enabling continuous process improvement across vendor management space by maturing existing processing and reporting functions, managing transitions for any new engagements, enhancing governance and controls
  • Support data integrity (i.e., resolve discrepancies) within our Central Management Data Base (CMDB) and work on analytics and reporting based on this data
  • Support day to day Stakeholder/Vendor relationships and Vendor Governance / Controls, including analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities
  • Self-motivated, going beyond immediate responsibilities, with ability to work independently as well as be a team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, with ability to complete reporting and analytics accurately, timely, and in a presentable manner
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint and Visio) and some experience with Ariba and/or Beeline systems
  • Eager to learn new things in a fast-paced environment
