About The Position

We are looking for experienced high-energy team players in operations to continue driving our fast growth and fast paced organization. This position requires someone who is passionate about Mexican traditions and delivering products of the highest quality and consistency, while keeping the company 100% compliant with both internal and external certifications, procedures, systems and processes. This position is perfect for people who thrive in a fast-growing startup environment and are not afraid of rolling up their sleeves, working with the team and getting things done.

Job responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Make sure that all product follows the correct steeping cycle and is processed accordingly
• Follow all QA procedures
• Grind corn and supply dough to mixer and tortilla line operator
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures
• Fill-In process and quality control paperwork
• Rinse corn, washing excess Lime

General requirements for this position:

• Authorized to work in the US
• Experience in manufacturing or kitchen environment
• Flexible schedule is highly desired

Requirements:

• Good organizational and communication skills
• Kitchen, bakery, food industry, restaurant experience is a plus
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and help team to carry loads up to 50 lbs
• Ability follow production schedules

Pay Rate: $15/hour
