Basic Function:

Responsible for the completion of the Walgreens team tasks as identified in the support of administrative & selling function. Go to Resource for Revlon Sales and Category employees for selling materials.

Major Duties:

  • Maintaining Revlon Share Site
  • Daily Gross Sales tracking
  • Verify item numbers and add to forms for advertising submission
  • Maintains item file via account provided information systems
    • UPC integrity, correct SKU listings with proper descriptions
    • Verify item numbers and add to forms for advertising submission
    • Communicate monthly updates from the Brand Information Library (BIL)
    • Gross Sales Tracking (Revlon’s internal consumption and gross sales data warehouse system)
  • Other misc. requirements; as needed (e.g. Returns, Ad Samples, Credit Services, Circular verification, etc.)
  • Walgreens Team administration & selling support
    • New item setup and program setup forms
    • Information Compilation: product specs, marketing info, pricing, image, sample of items, UPC codes, style numbers, etc.
  • New item setup and program setup forms
  • Other misc requirements
  • Update / Customize National Brand Publications for Third Party/Broker usage
  • Populates customer forms and manages data completion needs
  • Fills no-charge order for customer teams
  • Opportunity to learn the Revlon Go to Market strategy, sell in of Cosmetics and Fragrance to Walgreens to ultimately develop into a position of larger responsibility.

  • Meeting Scheduling & Preparation

  • Information Compilation: product specs, marketing info, pricing, image, sample of items, UPC codes, style numbers, etc.
  • Ensures accuracy within Customers’ portal via direct customer links
  • Supports miscellaneous administrative requirements of the assigned team
    • Daily Gross Sales tracking
    • Meeting Scheduling & Preparation
    • Maintaining Revlon Share Site
    • Other misc requirements
  • Acquires “cost of goods sold” utilizing GEMMS to process “No Charge” orders as needed
  • Assistance in managing Market Development Funds and Deduction Processing

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Must be able to take initiative in working in a flexible, fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to work well without supervision
  • Previous experience in Consumer Package Goods industry (CPG) is preferred.
  • Must be agile in determining and managing priorities
  • Able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Customer specific systems and processes.
  • High energy and motivation are needed
  • Must have Consumer Products and/or Retail Experience
  • Must be creative AND detail-oriented in ambiguous situations
  • Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Must have strong communication (verbal & written), organizational and analytical skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
