The Marketing Coordinator is a brand ambassador for The Oxford Hotel, The Oxford Club & Spa,


and The Crawford Hotel who will work with a variety of constituency, both with internal teams


and external partners and clients. This individual will be an adept digital marketer and possess a


high level of graphic design skill. This position requires excellent organization, project


management, and prioritization capabilities, as well as highly developed verbal and written


communication skills.


Digital Marketing and Social Media Focus


  • Help execute ornamental social media structures by elevating
  • Driving engagement by creating thoughtful graphics
  • Responding and monitoring social media influencers
  • Monitoring social media messages
  • Maintain digital elevation on website such as calendar updating and implementation to elevate
  • Consistent Instagram Stories for both properties

  • Procuring invoices
  • Assist Area Marketing Manager by coordinating Oxford Activations through
  • Booking new talent and filming each
  • Creating graphics for Front Desk
  • Scheduling
  • Possess a refined eye for lifestyle and still life photography to capture and create

  • Occassionally attend some shoots with Area Marketing Manager to help shoot, style, edit film, and overall support on shoot.
  • Stay abreast of social trends and engage innovative methods to capitalize on new marketing


opportunities.


Education/Formal Training


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and skills in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, Communications or a related field preferred.


Experience


One+ year(s) of employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s).


Knowledge/Skills


  • Self-starter with above average planning, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Microsoft Office Applications – All. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design experience is a plus.
  • Possess a portfolio that is aligned with the demonstration of a creative eye
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital media and social trends
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experienced in photography
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Basic level of copy writing skills and experience.
  • Creative team player with good people skills

  • Requires a significant amount of repetitive motion for typing on a keyboard
  • Bending/kneeling - repeated bending and kneeling required while filing.
  • Mobility - must be able to reach all areas of hotel and building locations to assist clients.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment.
  • Requires sitting most of the time, but does entail walking, standing and carrying of up to 15 pounds short distances.
