Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. is looking for a Coordinator, Facilities position who possesses the drive to work in an exceptional high-volume, high demand environment. The successful Coordinator will serve as a critical partner to the stores, supply chain, Corporate, and 3rd party teams to ensure timely payments to our vendors which enables the uninterrupted flow of facility activities and waste for the Bed Bath and Beyond enterprise.
Responsibilities
  • Monitors corporate EV station emails and provides account set up information.
  • Process supplier requests for new vendors or government agencies.
  • Monitors Office Facilities Services and Building Maintenance email inboxes.
  • Acts as a Service Channel Administrator and enter contracts into Agiloft for new vendors.
  • Assist with Stores’ facilities processes by coordinating delivery of store permits, oversees and coordinates vending machine and waste management for stores with 3rd parties.
  • Tracks PTO for Corporate Facilities associates and processes payroll for nonexempt Facilities associates as needed.
  • Responsible for corporate mail delivery disbursement internally and externally.
  • Oversees Oracle administration for the team; resolves system issues.
  • Maintain corporate facilities files (generator logs, invoices, associate status changes, etc.).
  • Support facilities to reconcile invoices for facility vendors to ensure accurate and timely adjustments; Resolve outstanding issues to ensure vendor payments are within payment terms; Code and process corporate facilities invoices in Oracle; and Process and code check requests for all permits, licenses, and fees for the stores.
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Experience with Oracle and Agiloft.
  • Prior Accounts Payable knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with large volume.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills, detail oriented, ability to work independently.
