  • This position will administer drug and alcohol testing services for the company and training will be provided that meets DOT federal standards, which also may require you to conduct same gender observed drug collections. Hours may vary and may include evening, weekend, and holiday work. Some travel may also be necessary.
  • This job is a member of the Drug and Alcohol Team within the People/HR Division.
What You'll Do
  • Knowledge of DOT 49 CFR Part 40 Drug & Alcohol regulations
  • Use DECS, Workbrain to look up team member schedules to coordinate testing
  • Abide by company program as well as Federal regulations
  • Breath Alcohol Testing
  • Collection of Drug Screen specimens
  • Knowledge of FAA 14 CFR Part 121 Subpart E and F regulations
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Minimum typing skill of 25 to 49 W.P.M.
  • High School diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Airline experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
  • Ability to address abnormalities or other collection issues
  • Ability to provide good Customer Service
  • Ability to work all hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to be reliable
  • Ability to complete Filing/Scanning/Faxing
  • Ability to have multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to have a positive attitude
  • Ability to have self-motivation and discipline
  • Ability to be detail oriented
  • Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges as applicable
  • Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA) as applicable
  • Must be honest and have integrity
  • Ability to travel (50%-75% of schedule)
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Ability to complete Data Entry
