Position Summary:

Coordinates all appeal/grievance activity, primarily related to member appeals for the Plan. Responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with applicable regulations and tracking of all grievance/appeal activities. Facilitates grievance and appeals processes, complying with state and regulatory standards. Oversees handling of all member complaints and appeals through resolution.
