As a member of the Cookie Crew at our Boulder store located at 1203 13th Street Boulder, CO 80302, you are the ultimate Insomniac. Not only are you the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, but you also get to bake all of our awesome Warm and Delicious cookies as well.

WHAT ELSE WILL I DO AS A MEMBER OF THE COOKIE CREW?


  • Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
  • Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
  • Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream
  • Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
  • Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
  • Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
  • Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:


  • Prior experience in a customer service focused role - preferred
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed
  • Ambitious nature
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
