As a member of the Cookie Crew at our new Back Bay store located at 222 Clarendon Street Boston, MA 02116, you are the ultimate Insomniac. Not only are you the point person at the front of the store for interacting with our customers, but you also get to bake all of our awesome Warm and Delicious cookies as well.

WHAT ELSE WILL I DO AS A MEMBER OF THE COOKIE CREW?


  • Help customers understand menu items, answer clarifying questions, and repeat orders for accuracy
  • Bake our delicious cookies to perfection & a scoop of ice cream
  • Handle cash and payments accurately and have no shortages or overages
  • Give each customer a warm experience with a smile in person & over the phone
  • Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery
  • Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
  • Promptly greet guests entering the store and take their orders according to procedure
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:


  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays
  • Ambitious nature
  • Prior experience in a customer service focused role - preferred
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
  • Must be 18 years or older to be employed
