What you will be doing:

• Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies
• Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation
• Kitchen maintenance and cleaning, following food safety requirements
• Lead, coach & positively influence team members

Your experience and skills include:

• Able to work in a high-pressure environment
• Culinary degree encouraged, but not required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
• Creative and passionate about food and customer service

Fairmont Orchid features 32,000 square feet of indoor meeting space and 76,000 square feet of outdoor function space, including ballrooms, boardrooms, a beach, a plantation estate in addition to a ramped amphitheater, the only one of its kind on the Kohala Coast. Meeting rooms are conveniently located over two levels, with all rooms featuring modern technology and offering easy access to the hotel's gardens and courtyards.
