Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • File multi-state sales & use tax returns
  • Prepare forecast and budget statements
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Maintain fixed asset schedules
  • Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements
  • Coordinate audits
  • Prepare bank reconciliations
  • Prepare general ledger account reconciliations

Qualifications


  • Knowledge of the principles, practices, and procedures of accounting and finance
  • Experience with Workday a plus
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other MS Office programs
  • Experience with ACCPAC and other higher-level computer accounting packages (not QuickBooks) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, minimum of 5 years experience preferred
