Contracts Analyst Jobs

Our client is currently seeking a Contracts Analyst

This will be a long term contract role that is hybrid in the Deerfield area. W2 only, no C2C

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide communication and coordination with internal and external customers on matters pertaining to existing contracts and proposal activities
• Manage the contract renewal and negotiations process
• Assure that contracts are executed in accordance with appropriate regulations and Company policies and procedures ( federal acquisition regulations)
• Prepare for and participate in contract negotiations
• Manage the entire vendor management process, including engagement with SMEs across the organization to drive efficiency and eliminate duplicate requests for information

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Expertise in quality management, RFP development, vendor selection, and service level measurement
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Experience in leading other departments on a vendor / product selection process including finance, legal
• 2+ years of contracts experience
