Job Description

Key Role:

Coordinate and monitor highly sensitive aspects of the DoD or industrial security programs and other security activities, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures. Conduct highly sensitive security briefings. Coordinate all security education programs. Act as primary liaison with program teams, management, and outside agencies. Manage program and administrative activities regarding security clearances for the organization's employees and advise management and personnel on issues. Assist with ad hoc proposal security volume reviews. Coordinate security support for compartmented or special access programs, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience managing security for SCI programs
  • 5+ years of experience managing security requirements for sensitive security programs, including the DoD
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • 5+ years of experience with SCI security
  • Experience with DoD security systems or databases, including DISS and NISS
  • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience managing security requirements for DoD and other sensitive security program in lieu of a degree
  • Knowledge of NISPOM, ICD, and DoD industrial security requirements

Additional Qualifications:

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office software applications
  • Possession of excellent judgment, decision-making, teamwork, and customer service skills
  • Ability to be flexible to move from one task to another and be available for a variety of tasks as the need arises
  • Ability to present oneself as highly flexible and highly motivated

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
