Job Description

North Country Hospital is seeking a current employee to fulfill:

  • An independent contractor for a daily courier service – leaving the hospital between 3:30 and 3:45 p.m. with transport to Primary Care Barton Orleans
  • MMR or positive titer
  • Contractor will have to attend orientation
  • Compensation is $15.00 per stop – a stop is defined as each time the Contractor picks up or delivers to a different location
  • Non-exclusive contract
  • Courier service also to Union House Nursing Home as requested/needed
  • Contractor will provide provide of the following immunizations:
    • MMR or positive titer
    • Varicella or positive titer
    • Yearly influenza or declination attestation (religious or medical exemption only)
  • Yearly influenza or declination attestation (religious or medical exemption only)
  • Varicella or positive titer
  • Courier service running daily Mon – Fri, 52 weeks a year, except on hospital designated holidays
