Job Description

Netchex is seeking a Contract Administrator in Covington, La (this position is hybrid). This position is an integral part of the Operations Support team, who will drive and maintain Netchex’s comprehensive contract management program; this includes the overall management and contract administration (review, negotiation, execution, tracking) of client, vendor and partner contracts throughout the contract life-cycle.


As the Contract Administrator, you will be the point of contact for all things contract-related and will interface with internal business units, management, clients, prospects, and the legal team as necessary.


Responsibilities

  • Create or update related policies, processes, and training guidelines as needed.
  • Manage the negotiation of contracts, working with appropriate stakeholders to ensure closure in a timely manner. This includes working with Sales team members, prospects, clients, management, and attorneys on contract drafting, analysis/review and changes.
  • Create or update agreements, amendments, addendums, and supporting documents as needed.
  • Drive contract–related projects, updates and initiatives with minimal guidance.
  • Monitor contract statuses and audit compliance as necessary.
  • Maintain contract repository and catalogue changes to agreements.
  • Support Operations, Finance and Executive teams regarding administrative, auditing, and reporting responsibilities and strategic initiatives.
  • Review and interpret vendor and partner contracts, and participate in associated risk management activities.
  • Assist with Vendor Management initiatives or other related duties as assigned.
  • Respond to all internal and external contract-related questions and requests.


Required Qualifications

  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Bachelor's Degree in field of Business with 2+ years’ experience in a contract management related position (5+ years’ experience acceptable in lieu of Bachelor's Degree).
  • Ability to accurately attend to multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Tactful and exhibit exemplary communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and strong proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Ability to interface with and provide superior customer service to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.

  • Experience with DocuSign
  • Experience with Salesforce
