Job Description

SPLLC is seeking candidates for the Contract Administrator position to provide contract support activities, including recruitment, logistics support, financial, accounting, and related activities in support of the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL), Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs (WHA) Advisory and Assistance, Central America Regional Security Initiative (CARSI), which is an anticipated five-year program supporting various projects for INL in WHA countries.


Program Overview

The purpose of the INL WHA Advisory and Assistance (CARSI), is to provide Subject Matter Experts, Advisors, Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists, and associated administrative work on various projects for the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement in WHA countries, in support of the CARSI Initiative. Based upon the success of the initial CARSI contract, this effort will expand the scope of work beyond Central American to include all WHA countries.


Position Overview:

The Contract Administrator shall have a home office within the Continental United States (CONUS). The home office shall provide contract support activities, including recruitment, logistics support, financial, accounting, and related activities. The Contract Administrator will interface directly with CO and COR to ensure effective contract and task order management.


This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.


Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

  • Interface directly with the CO and COR to ensure effective contract and task order management.
  • Provide contract support activities, including recruitment, logistics support, financial, accounting, and related activities.
  • Support all task orders issued under this IDIQ
  • Acknowledge USG information requests within one business day of receipt and reach agreement on due dates for critical information requests. This may include, but is not limited to, information requests regarding contractual matters (e.g. personnel, work plans, deliverables, in-country support, oversight, billing, subject-matter issues, etc.)
  • Support requests from Contractor personnel in the field.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or relevant advanced contract education or warrants.
  • Must have five (5) years of contract administration or contract management experience.
  • Strong organization and interpersonal skills, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have eight (8) years of professional experience in the contracting field.
