- Act as a change agent, driving the adoption of new processes and practices across the organization.
- Troubleshoot complex issues in the production process, using problem-solving skills and engineering knowledge to develop effective solutions.
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies to identify areas of inefficiency, develop solutions, and implement changes to improve productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate current manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented changes, providing regular updates to senior management on progress and results.
- Facilitate training and workshops on Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
- Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives across the organization, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall operational excellence.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and influence others.
- Proficient in the use of statistical analysis software and other tools used in Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and deadlines.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions.
- Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, with demonstrated experience leading successful Six Sigma projects.
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles and methodologies, with proven experience implementing Lean initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead teams and drive change across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
