Job Description

Job description

  • Lead QMS migration project.
  • Develops standard operating procedures to be followed by the Engineers and or Technicians.
  • Project Management abilities
  • Develops process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Train workforce on tools and methodologies related to Continuous Improvement processes.
  • Prepares project presentations for management when needed.
  • Coach/mentor proper application of Lean Six Sigma tools ensuring broad employee engagement of 6S (5S + Safety).
  • Works with management to identify process improvement opportunities in the areas of product and/or process quality.

Job requirements

  • Lean Six Sigma experienced preferred.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and within a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
