Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as the Continuous Improvement Director.


The Continuous Improvement Director will be responsible for developing and leading the Continuous Improvement Culture and program for the global iFIT business. Primary responsibilities will include directing process improvement opportunities and, while fostering a team-based environment, supporting continuous improvement objectives in all areas of the company.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Lead complex root cause and corrective action investigations.
  • Assist in the creation of performance metrics, reporting and improvement targets for all areas of the company.
  • Deliver margin enhancement through focused and deliberate quality initiatives to reduce the overall Cost of Quality.
  • Lead and manage all process improvement activities for the business for data-based, cost-effective solutions to business problems that provide measurable cost savings and/or revenue enhancement, reduction or elimination of non-value-added work and increased prevention of defects.
  • Work with key business stakeholders, and the functional leaders, to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing program of change.
  • Develop the Continuous Improvement program, evolve the organization to become a high quality, problem-solving culture throughout the organization.
  • Perform data analysis and evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls
  • Mentor and coach teams in Quality improvement projects, structured problem solving (8D), RCA/NCA, Six Sigma, Lean and other problem-solving methodologies.
  • Develop and Lead the Top Issues program within the business.
  • Identify and deliver improvements across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.
