To support our rapid and organic growth, we are seeking a full-time Content Writer to join our dynamic marketing team. The Content Writer will create compelling, engaging, and informative content for our brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing copy, blog post writing, and recipe writing.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring excitement for solving complex problems, superb attention to detail, a keen eye for shifting trends in social media, strong communication, and relationship-building skills, a growth mindset, and proactivity in bringing new and creative approaches to the team.

This full-time, hybrid role is based in Lindon, Utah, and will require you to be in our soon-to-be-opened office at least 50% of the time. We consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your skillset, qualifications, experience, and market data.

What You'll Be Responsible For…

• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop content strategies and campaigns.
• Write and edit accurate and detailed recipes.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Optimize content for search engines, adhering to SEO best practices.
• Research industry trends and best practices to enhance content quality and relevance.
• Craft compelling, high-quality content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and website copy.

What Ingredients You’ll Bring…

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail
• Strong knowledge of grammar and style
• Strong understanding of SEO and experience optimizing content for search engines
• Required: Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• 2+ years of experience writing and editing content, with a focus on marketing copy and blog post writing

Icing on the cake…

• Experience with content management systems and graphic design software is a plus
• Experience writing and editing recipes is a plus

• You live in or near Utah County and are willing to work in our new office in Lindon, Utah, 2-3 days each week
• You are passionate about social media and have a strong sense of what is appropriate and legal to publish in health and wellness content
• People enjoy working with/around you and are inspired by your work ethic and ability to set appropriate boundaries
• You genuinely enjoy people and value diverse individuals from all backgrounds and communities
