BlackRock USWA Advisor Insights Team – Analyst

The US Wealth Advisory business manages BlackRock’s relationships with US-based wealth management firms and their advisors and oversees distribution of the full range of BlackRock products and technology. USWA is one of BlackRock’s major growth engines and is a highly dynamic and team-oriented organization.

BlackRock is seeking a motivated and high performing individual to help build and evolve content programs geared toward helping advisors grow their businesses and acquire new clients. The individual will work closely with marketing, business consultants, portfolio consultants, investment strategy and other groups on content including presentations, worksheets, how to guides and web pages on our advisor web site. This is a role for someone who is organized, thoughtful and enthusiastic about helping BlackRock increase advisor loyalty, helping advisors grow their business and helping investors achieve greater financial well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with other members of Advisor Insights team as well as broader USWA to activate content and messaging via virtual events, campaigns, partner firm partnerships and other venues
  • Partner with subject matter experts to build and improve presentations, worksheets, how to guides and web pages across various topics that help advisors streamline how the run their business and help them become better advisors to their clients
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of the USWA business, broad wealth industry and industry dynamics
  • Partner with Mumbai-based team member to ensure all content is up to date and compliant
  • Work closely with a broad cross-functional team to evolve our advisor web site

Qualifications

  • Professional level of written and verbal communication skills required to prepare and discuss content for advisors and their clients.
  • Strong presentation development skills; including PowerPoint
  • BA/BS required
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Series 7 and 66 preferred
  • Ability to learn quickly, innovate, adapt, influence and manage projects

Location: Princeton, NJ / New York, NY

For New York City only: The salary range for this position is $85,500 – $100,000. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including heath care, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.

Our hybrid work model
